TT Travels Text is a geometric sans serif with wide proportions. When creating this font, our goal was to maintain the central idea and recognizable features of the familiar TT Travels, making it cleaner and more modern. As a result, we have an independent typeface that perfectly complements TT Travels Next as a pair and equally excels in solo work.

TT Travels Text includes:

– 21 font styles: 10 roman, 10 italic, and one variable font with weight and slant axes of variation;

- Hinting has been thoroughly reworked and enhanced;
- More glyphs have been introduced to the extended Cyrillic and Latin-based scripts;
- The base and minuscule currency sets have expanded, and fractions have been added along with the figures for numerators and denominators;
- New stylistic sets have been implemented for the Cyrillic-based scripts, the dotted zero symbol, and filled/unfilled negative circled digits.

- Contour redesign based on extensive sans-serif market research with the goal of fine-tuning the font to meet users’ demands as closely as possible;
- Entirely renewed kerning;
- Variable font with three axes of variation: width, weight, and slant;
- Condensed typeface version with 14 font styles. In total, the font has 29 font styles: 14 roman, 14 italic, and one variable font;
- 13 new OpenType features, so now the font has 32 of them;
- Larger character set consisting of 901 characters in each font style. The number of characters has grown significantly compared to the previous version, where each font style included 629 characters;
- New languages: 35 Cyrillic-based and 16 Latin-based. In total, the font supports 230 languages.

- The updated font now boasts a more extensive set of 1993 characters instead of 1698;
- We’ve added new characters for the extended Cyrillic and Latin alphabets, currency symbols (sum, som, tögrög), minuscule currency symbols and their tabular versions, and minuscule characters for mathematical symbols;
- We’ve designed new glyphs with straight tails for the uppercase “У,” and small caps have been added to the SS05 stylistic set;
- The new font version supports more languages and has new characters for French, Norwegian, Bulgarian, Uzbek, Abkhaz, and more.

- The Greek alphabet is now available in 4 subfamilies, and the updated font currently supports 275 languages;
- Enhanced OpenType features. The font has 32 of them, including a large number of ligatures, fractions, numerators, superscripts, alternate stylistic sets, and localization features;
- The character set is larger. Now, each Mono version font style consists of 1546 characters, and each Normal, Condensed, Expanded, and Compact style contains 1656 characters.
